2027 Tempe Sister Cities Student Ambassador Selection Information & Application

In order to be considered for Tempe Sister Cities’ 2027 Student Ambassador/Exchange Program, high school juniors / students are required to submit 2 types of forms online:

1.  Student Ambassador Application
2.  Teacher Recommendation Form (from 2 – 3 teachers)

Following these steps can help you in this process.

Step #1:  Identify 2 – 3 teachers that know you well and would be willing to complete an evaluation on your behalf.  It’s a good practice to discuss the Student Exchange Program and the evaluation form with the teachers first.  Then send the teachers an email where you request their assistance in completing an online evaluation/form for you.  The form should take them less than 10 minutes to complete.  Provide the teachers with a link to the TSC Student Exchange Program website and a link to the Teacher Recommendation Form.  Don’t forget to give them the deadline for submitting the evaluation on your behalf.    You’ll also want to check-in with your teachers to see that they received your email, and completed the form before the deadline.

Step #2:  Complete this Student Ambassador Form.

Step #3:  You’ll receive an email from us with a copy of your submission.  If you don’t receive this email, there may be a problem with your submission.  Please contact Dr. Bob Halligan the Selection Committee Chair at 602-510-3204 or selectionchair@tempesistercities.org.
